Apple cited banned the sale of apps on the App Store that features NFTs which unlock content or offer additional functionality.
(The functions include license keys, augmented reality markers, QR codes, cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency wallets.)

Review Guideline: https://lnkd.in/gTgTExF6
The App Store believes that it holds all the bargaining chips, and it assumes that all developers, creators, and end users will continue to compromise to launch/ use the APPs here.
This is going to become more and more of a pressing issue with the advent of disruptive technology. As a result, I think the most important issue this time is users, companies and Apple itself ought to strike a balance to avoid stifling this emerging ecosystem.
What’s more, in Web2.0, the proprietary platforms such as Appstore were moved from the Web’s democratizing structure where users acquired certain APPs, not on the World Wide Web but rather in an exclusive walled garden. Therefore, I am looking forward to the new design showing up in Web3.0 to reimage the whole environment.
